The Words for Today (Saturday) are Overview and Perspective. Bringing in our Theme (Mediation), these are crucial steps in PERFORMING the job of Mediation, because you need to know what you are up against, with all parties of the dispute, including history, nature of the personalities involved, how they look at the country YOU are working for, and so forth.
