The Word for Today (Sunday) is Self-Reliance.  Self-Reliant Choice?   [or]  A Choice to be Self-Reliant?  (Sounds similar but not the same).  Now Self-Reliance  *is*  a good Choice to make, but remember that we aren't alone in this World:  There are others who can help.

The Theme for this Week is Choice.   So what does Google say about this?  "An act of selecting or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities".  In a way, a lot of Life is about making Choices.  For example, choosing whether to pursue a Relationship or concentrate on a Career.  Or choosing whether to go Shopping or stay home and visit with other Family Members.  And the Scope of your Choices can be different.   For example, the first Choice example, above affects the remainder of your Life after you make it, whereas the second choice will likely be forgotten a few days after you made it.   Choose well.

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Expansion.  Expansive Transition?   Transformation via Expansion?   Now, in my opinion, Expansion that is Spiritual or Intellectual is perfectly fine.   However, expansion of the Body, typically around the middle, caused by an overdose of Delicious food can be a problem.  Be selective.

The Words for Today (Friday) are Trust and Faith.  Let's see:  Trust the Transitions, but have Faith in the Transformations?   (Not completely sure).   I most certainly Trust God and have Faith in the Universe.  However, I suggest limitations, where ordinary people are involved, because Trust must be Earned, and Faith should not be Blind.

The Word for Today (Thursday) is Gratitude.  Grateful for our Transformations?   (Once again, it depends on the details).  But Gratitude stands out on its own, as it helps the World go around.

The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Equality.   An Equal Transition?  How about Transformation?  Actually, Transitions tend to go opposite to Equality, as you Transition (or Transform) from something to something different.  Transform Wisely.

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Prudence.   Prudent Transition?   (I am surprised to find 42.6 Million Hits on Google).  But if you need to Transform, why not be Prudent about it (and Prudence is about Practicality)?  So, bottom line, let's be Practical.

Word for the Day: Monday, February 22, 2021

The Word for Today (Monday) is Innocence.  Transform from Guilty to Innocent?  (That's what Appeals Courts are for).  But the other way around can occur quite quickly and dramatically when a person, starting as an Innocent Bystander at a Violent Incident  (i.e. a riot)  suddenly changes his mind and  "becomes" one of the Attackers.  An instant Transformation.

The Word for Today (Sunday) is Forgiveness.  Forgive my Transformations?   (I guess it depends on the details).   I understand this Word more, as Forgiving others, especially if, for example their Behavior was caused by unfortunate Transitions in their lives.

Weekly Themes: Week of February 21-27, 2021

The Themes for this Week are Transition and Transformation.   We all experience Transitions in our lives.  We also all Transform every so often.  It's just not always obvious.   For example, we all experience a Transition between Day and Night regularly but, unless something is unusual (like darkness during the day during a Total Solar Eclipse), we often don't have reason to think too much about it.  Likewise, some Transformations that we experience are gradual enough  (i.e. those simply caused by the passage of years)  that we may not give it much thought.   But both of these Themes can occur suddenly and dramatically.  For example, the death of a Relative is a sudden Transition, even if it were preceded by a long illness.  Transformation can be understood easily, by examining the Insects.  For example, a Caterpillar transforms into a Butterfly or Moth.   What do you want to Transform into?

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Authenticity.  Authentic Precipitation?  (I think many parts of the US is tired of this,  "Authentic Precipitation").  For example, are we to expect a Certificate of Authenticity for our Rainfall?   How about Authentic Initiation?  (Even harder to figure out).

The Word for Today (Friday) is Interpretation.  So how would you Interpret Precipitation?   Or, for that matter, Initiation?   Well, if you were talking with someone from elsewhere in the World, you might refer to what these Themes are, in other Languages.  In fact, if you have a chance to become enough of an Expert in Interpretation, it could turn into an Awesome Career.

The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Concentration.  Now, the idea of "Concentrated Precipitation"  scares me a bit, based on what is in the News.   But if you Initiate a Project, often you begin with Blueprints, which may be a Concentrated description of what the Project will look like, when it is complete.   That part sounds good.

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Acceptability.   And today, I have to admit to feeling like some of the types of Precipitation in the Country are  *not*  Acceptable!  (Oh well).  Likewise, if you Join a Fraternity or Sorority, you might encounter Initiations that don't feel Acceptable.   But, in both cases, there are other definitions of these Themes.  Feel free to look them up.

Weekly Themes: Week of February 14-20, 2021

The Themes for this Week are Precipitation and Initiation.  How does Precipitation fit in with Initiation?  We usually think of Precipitation, as having to do with Rain.  But when I asked for a Synonym for Precipitate, I got Cause:   "cause (an event or situation, typically one that is bad or undesirable)  to happen suddenly, unexpectedly, or prematurely".  With an example:  "the incident precipitated a political crisis".  Let us see how this fits in with our Week.

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Review.  And yes, it's good to Review your Discoveries.   But Review goes further than that, as it's an  "All Purpose Activity".  There are Small Reviews, such as Reviewing a Shopping List to see if you completed it correctly.  An example of a  "Medium-sized Review" might be Reviewing a Day or Week in your Life, to see how it went, and how you can improve in the future.  Have fun with this.

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Endurance.  Are some Locations harder to Endure than others?  Sure:  How about Death Valley, California?  Nome, Alaska?   The Continent of Antarctica?  You get the picture.   In other words, some like it hot, and others prefer cooler weather.     Obviously, when you are choosing a  "Location change",  both research and short visits can be appropriate.
