The Word for Today (Thursday) is Contrast.  Life can look and feel many ways.  On the "low" end, there is "Peaceful", but also "Boring".  However, on the "high" end, it can get "exciting", but it can also get "nerve-wracking" (also known as "anxious", or "scary", depending on details).  Neither Boring   nor Anxious are conducive to health.  Which is why the "middle way" (as known in Eastern Religion) becomes important to bring into life.  Yes, find that Contrast knob!

The Word for Today (Monday) is Acceleration.  This is an odd Word, as some aspects of it are conducive to Health (our Theme), such as Spiritual Acceleration.  However, other aspects, such as addiction to physical acceleration, like what you get by overusing the gas pedal in a car, can actually hinder health, by making you accident prone.

The Words for Today (Sunday) are Patience and Tolerance.  These help with health in many ways, including allowing the body time to do its own healing work.  I learned, a long time ago to keep patience, regarding body discomforts.  And only if they go too long, or get too severe, to "follow up" on them.  In effect, keep my motto in effect, "Be Calm, Relaxed and Neutral" but, at the same time, keep a "low level surveillance" on the "situation".  This can be done in a way that doesn't "violate" the old saying, "What you resist persists".

The Theme for this Week is Health.  One reminder here is that Health means more than the condition of the physical body:  For example, we have emotional health, mental health, and spiritual health.  Stay healthy in all ways!

The Theme for this Week is Service.  There are many ways to be of service.  For example, you are of service in your Day Job, based on on your interests and training (education).  But there are other examples, such as being of service to another person, simply by being willing to lend an ear, and listening to what is on their mind.

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Prosperity.  Remember, here, that this has to do with more than monetary prosperity.  In fact, I would put money lower down in the list.

Incidentally, this is the last day of a "Greater Michael Year" (made up of 3 "Lesser Michael Years", titled, Truth, Love and Energy/Beauty).  Numerically, it is 1029, or King/King/King.  Tomorrow will be 1, or Server/Server/Server.  Good luck with the shift!

The Word for Today (Sunday) is Forgiveness.  Forgive and forget?  How many times have I heard that, but it never seems to work that way.  I forgive easily enough, but usually can remember what others do to me.  And it makes sense, because I can respond affirmatively, if they attempt to repeat their "action" against me.  A long time ago, I heard "give forth" [i.e.  "give forth love"] as a way to turn around the word "forgive", in a good way.

The Theme for this Week is Vision.  This is the realm of the Eyeball, since vision is eyesight.  But there is an inner meaning of Vision, that takes into consideration an inner form of vision, known in Eastern Religions and Metaphysics as the 3rd Eye, located on the forehead.

When you purchase "useless baubles" from companies that advertise on late-night TV, you frequently hear about how they come with a "Certificate of Authenticity".  How important is that, anyway?  For example, I never found one with the Human Body I got when I was born.

The Word for Today (Friday) is Interpretation.  I'm going to get controversial by attempting to interpret our Weekly Theme, Union.  One interpretation is a union of two people who love each other.  Does this take the "conservative" view of only one man and one woman, or can two people of the same gender form a loving, committed union?  I personally believe the latter view.  Thank you.
