Word for the Day: Wednesday, June 30, 2021

The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Competence.  Competent to Cooperate?   (Actually, I think it's harder to be Competent to, effectively Compete).  But the more important question to ask is,  "Are you Competent to Be Yourself?"  And expect a good answer.

Word for the Day: Tuesday, June 29, 2021

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Endurance.  Cooperative Endurance?   Enduring Cooperation?   (Both?)   Life is something to be Endured, of course, but it is a  *lot*  more, too.  Thrive.  Don't just Survive.

Monday, June 28, 2021

Word for the Day: Monday, June 28, 2021

The Word for Today (Monday) is Fertility.  Cooperative Fertility?   (In my opinion, the  *only*  kind.  Any thing else involves an attack somewhere).  So Communicate well and honor words that you might not have wanted to hear, such as  "No".    And I will throw out another Word, Gentle, which may help in the events of the night.

Sunday, June 27, 2021

Word for the Day: Sunday, June 27, 2021

The Word for Today (Sunday) is Stability.  And I will agree that it is easier to Cooperate in a Stable Environment.  However, it may be more Important to Cooperate, when the Environment is  *less*  Stable.  Paradox?   Maybe.

Weekly Theme: Week of June 27 to July 03, 2021

The Theme for this Week is Cooperation. I plugged, into Google Search "Cooperation vs Competition" and got 110 Million Hits. This appears to be a popular Search! In the Spiritual and "New Age" movements, Cooperation is "considered" *much* better than Competition. However, I was a bit surprised to find (through my Search) that Business People agree. One thing I will say: Cooperation is a lot Friendlier than Competition.

Word for the Day: Saturday, June 26, 2021

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Release.  Circulatory Release?   (22.5 Million Hits, though Google separates the two words).  I am not even sure how this combination even works.  Oh well.  But when you are Stuck, look around the Scene for a Release Lever.   It could help free you from a (possibly) unfortunate situation.

Word for the Day: Friday, June 25, 2021

The Word for Today (Friday) is Aspiration.  Like Yesterday, there are Medical meanings for this Word also.   But it also has to do with putting your Best Foot forward:   In other words, Aspiring to be the Best that you can.   Can we do more than that?

Thursday, June 24, 2021

Word for the Day: Thursday, June 24, 2021

The Word for Today (Thursday) is Contrast.  Now, there are Medical meanings of this Word, even having to do with our Circulatory System.  But there are other meanings as well.  For example, in Life, too little Contrast can seem Boring, yet too  *much*  Contrast can get, downright Scary.

Wednesday, June 23, 2021

Word for the Day: Wednesday, June 23, 2021

The Word for today (Wednesday) is Adaptability.  Adaptable Circulation?  (10.8 Million Hits on Google, but presented in a confusing manner).  But that shouldn't stop you from getting around in this World.  Be Flexible and Have Fun doing it.

Tuesday, June 22, 2021

Word for the Day: Tuesday, June 22, 2021

The Words for Today (Tuesday) are Agility and Grace.  Agile, Graceful Circulation?  (I have a picture in my Mind of my Blood Cells dancing, Gracefully, through my Blood Vessels!)  And if you wanted to develop and maintain Agility and/or Grace, there are multiple methods:  Yoga, Dancing, and  "Walking the Labyrinth".  (Google the quoted words, for more information on the last one).

Monday, June 21, 2021

Word for the Day: Monday, June 21, 2021

The Word for Today (Monday) is Acceleration.  Accelerated Circulation?  Helps, part of the time, but could be dangerous at other times.  For example,  "accelerated circulation"  of an automobile, through a neighborhood might trigger an accident, or a traffic ticket.  Be careful.

Sunday, June 20, 2021

Words for the Day: Sunday, June 20, 2021

The Words for Today (Sunday) are Patience and Tolerance.  Patient Circulation?   Tolerance of the effects of Circulation?   Both?  But let's look at the Flip Side:  Impatience can adversely affect Circulation.   And don't be Intolerant.

Weekly Theme: Week of June 20-26, 2021

The Theme for this Week is Circulation. And this occurs on diffent levels: Blood Circulates through the Body. Books Circulate through Libraries. Air Circulates through buildings. And as long as this is freely allowed, each of these systems can be healthy. But, for example, if enough people refuse to return Library Books, a Library can fail. So Circulate well.

Word for the Day: Saturday, June 19, 2021

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Acknowledgement.  Celebrating Acknowledgements?   [or]  Acknowledging Celebrations?   (Not the same).  What I find important is to Acknowledge those who help me to live my life better.   And remember that it takes Knowledge to Acknowledge.

Friday, June 18, 2021

The Word for Today is Kindness.  A Kind Celebration?   (Absolutely!)  And finding Kindness in the World is something to Celebrate for sure.   Help make it so.

Thursday, June 17, 2021

Word for the Day: Thursday, June 17, 2021

The Word for Today (Thursday) is Encouragement.  Celebrating Encouragement?   [or]   Encouraging Celebrations?  (Not the same).   But think before you Encourage, as you are likely to have to live with what you Encourage.  However, I have no trouble, Encouraging having fun.

Wednesday, June 16, 2021

Word for the Day: Wednesday, June 16, 2021

The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Thoughtfulness.   A "Thoughtful Celebration"?  My take is, that this means that the Celebration is put on in a way, that takes into account what else is occurring around it, so that thought is put into the least  "Damage", caused by "means of Celebrating"  (often caused by overdoses of Alcohol).  In other words, everyone, including those who participated, as well as those around the Celebration remain in good shape.

Tuesday, June 15, 2021

Word for the Day: Tuesday, June 15, 2021

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Support.  Supporting a Celebration?  [or]   Celebrating Support?  (Not the same).   But finding Support, perhaps where you did not expect it, can be something to Celebrate.   Also, when you see Celebrations that you particularly like, Support them.  And have fun.

Monday, June 14, 2021

Word for the Day: Monday, June 14, 2021

The Word for Today (Monday) is Comfort.   A Comfortable Celebration?  (I've experienced them all across the Comfort Scale.  Some comfortable, some cold and gloomy, some hot and too humid, some boring, and a few, actually a bit scary).  But look for that Comfort in your Life, even if you have to create it yourself.

Sunday, June 13, 2021

Word for the Day: Sunday, June 13, 2021

The Word for Today (Sunday) is Nourishment.   And what better to Celebrate than, when the Food we eat is, not only Nourishing but Delicious also?  And sometimes, these two attributes go together better than at other times.

Weekly Theme: Week of June 13-19, 2021

The Theme for this Week is Celebration.  According to Google,  Celebration is  "the action of marking one's pleasure at an important event or occasion by engaging in enjoyable, typically social, activity".  Now, an important consideration is if a person is  "in the mood" to Celebrate.  (These Themes and Words don't always fit people or situations).  However, if you look in your current situation, there is, likely *something* that is going well.  Also, there are certain times of the year that are set aside for Celebrations, such as some Holidays.  Anyway, let's see how this works with this Week's Words.

Saturday, June 12, 2021

Word for the Day: Saturday, June 12, 2021

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Prosperity.   A Prosperous Revelation?  (I don't see why not).  But you can, definitely get Revelations on how to change your life, for more Prosperity.   And a lot of it is, actually common sense.  (For example, don't spend all your money on Alcohol or Gambling).

Friday, June 11, 2021

Word for the Day: Friday, June 11, 2021

The Word for Today (Friday) is Liberation.   Revelations about Liberation?  [or]   Liberation from Revelations?   (I don't like the second one).   But Liberation from, what is holding you back makes sense.  Liberate well.

Thursday, June 10, 2021

Word for the Day: Thursday, June 10, 2021

The Word for Today (Thursday) is Wisdom.   A Wise Revelation?   (Probably the Best Kind!)   So how does one Develop, and then maintain Wisdom?  Good books  *might*  help.  Also, if you are lucky, a  "Weekend Seminar" might help  (though  "Buyer Beware"  is in full effect here).  But don't forget the importance of good, old fashioned Life Experience.

Wednesday, June 9, 2021

Word for the Day: Wednesday, June 9, 2021

The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Impartiality.   An Impartial Revelation?   (Yes!!)   But know that Impartiality is hard to achieve,  *especially*  in the News.   Strive for it, but don't be upset when you fall short.

Tuesday, June 8, 2021

Word for the Day: Tuesday, June 8, 2021

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Consequence.   Consequential Revelation?   (Hmmm...  Only 623,000 Hits on Google).   But watch those Revelations, especially if controversial, because  "false Revelations"  *do*  have Consequences.   I guess, if we can have  "Fake News", we can have  "False Revelations".  Be careful.

Monday, June 7, 2021

Word for the Day: Monday, June 7, 2021

The Word for Today (Monday) is Elimination.  Elimination of all Revelations?   (Please, no!)  But Elimination of behavior, that stands in the way of Revelation  (i.e. Holding views that are so Rigid, that we've already made up our mind and wish no further information)  can be helpful in our Lives.  Be Flexible.  And have fun doing it!

Sunday, June 6, 2021

Word for the Day: Sunday, June 6, 2021

The Word for Today (Sunday) is Self-Reliance.  A Self-Reliant Revelation?   (Maybe).  But a Revelation that you are, indeed Self-Reliant makes sense because you are.   But always remember that there are others in the world and, it is often helpful to work together.

Weekly Theme: Week of June 6-12, 2021

The Theme for this Week is Revelation.   Revelation?  According to Google, one definition is "a surprising and previously unknown fact, especially one that is made known in a dramatic way".   Google's second definition, "the divine or supernatural disclosure to humans of something relating to human existence or the world", is better known, and often thought of, as relating to Bible Prophesy.  Often, what makes something a Revelation is the nature of what is made known.  (For example, you usually don't think of Revelation as relating to someone telling you where they saw your misplaced keys).

Saturday, June 5, 2021

Word for the Day: Saturday, June 5, 2021

The Word for Today (Saturday) is Expansion.  Expanded Philosophy?   [or]   Philosophy of Expansion?   (Both?)  Now, Spiritual or Intellectual Expansion is fine.  However, watch out for excessive Physical Expansion  (say, around the middle of the Body),  often caused by an overdose of Delicious Food.

Friday, June 4, 2021

Words for the Day: Friday, June 4, 2021

The Words for Today (Friday) are Trust and Faith.   So how does this fit into Philosophy?   Simple:  I Trust the Universe and have Faith in a Higher Power.   However, things are different when  "mortal human beings"  are involved because, in these cases, Trust must be Earned, and Faith should not be Blind.

Thursday, June 3, 2021

Word for the Day: Thursday, June 3, 2021

The Word for Today (Thursday) is Gratitude.  A Grateful Philosophy?  [or]  A Philosophy of Gratitude?  (Not the same, but both of them sound good).  But Gratitude is, such an Awesome concept that  "they"  even named a Holiday, based on it:  Thanksgiving.  Think about it.

Wednesday, June 2, 2021

Word for the Day: Wednesday, June 2, 2021

The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Equality.  A Philosophy of Equality that I agree with has to do with Equal Opportunity.  I disagree with forced conformity, however.

Tuesday, June 1, 2021

Word for the Day: Tuesday, June 1, 2021

The Word for Today (Tuesday) is Prudence.   A Prudent Philosophy?   (Likely the best kind).  Wikipedia's Page on Prudence actually considers it one of the Four Cardinal Virtues  (look up "Cardinal Virtues").   But one thing to be careful of:   Prudence does NOT equal "Prude".  So don't go overboard!
