The Word for Today (Wednesday) is Competence.  If you are in a position, where you are asked to Change your Location (move),  there are several questions you would want to ask about that new Place.  One notable one: "Are you Competent to live in this, new Location"?  Usually, this would be a routine question with an  "Of Course"  answer, but not always.  For example, what if you were considering a Location in the north of the US State of North Dakota?  Then, one series of Questions would need to be directed to the different types of Weather that you might encounter, during the year.  Choose wisely.
