Weekly Themes: Week of 3/31 to 4/06/2019

The Themes for this Week are Precipitation and Initiation.  The definition of Initiation is pretty well known, but Precipitation isn't so clear-cut.  For example, I find issues with Google's Definition: "the action or process of precipitating a substance from a solution" which, for one, uses a derivative of the word in the definition.  Fortunately, the definition of Precipitate is much better, meaning to "cause (an event or situation, typically one that is bad or undesirable) to happen suddenly, unexpectedly, or prematurely".  For the purpose of our Themes, I consider Precipitation of, say, a Project to mean, "dropping it into your lap".  Initiation, on the other hand, has you having more say in the Project.  Work with them both.
