Weekly Theme: Week of August 31-Setptember 6, 2014

The Theme for this Week is Organization.  This is a case, where the verb, creates the noun. See, the verb, organize, means to "arrange into a structured whole", which forms the noun, organization, some examples being companies or clubs.  I'll likely be referring to the noun, much of this week.
